The meat is fresh and the quality is different from rotten meat.The easiest way to determine the quality of the meat is of color.
One of the physical characteristics that are easily visible color of the meat itself. Select meat that is still bright red. Never choose meat with a color that is not red anymore, because it could mean the meat is old and not suitable for consumption.
